These Terms apply to purchases from HAN FLOWERS Singapore at hanflowersmall.com. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced below.

Our online store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the platform we use to sell our products.

Products

We aim to describe and photograph our products accurately. Preserved flowers are natural materials, so minor variations in colour, size, texture and arrangement are expected. Screen settings may also affect how colours appear.

These variations do not exclude your rights where a product is defective, damaged or significantly different from its description.

If a material substitution is needed, we will seek your agreement before proceeding.

Orders & Payment

Please provide accurate contact, delivery and payment details when ordering.

Prices are displayed in Singapore dollars (SGD) unless otherwise stated. Applicable delivery charges and taxes are shown at checkout before payment.

Orders are subject to payment confirmation and product availability. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will contact you to discuss an alternative or refund any payment for the unavailable items.

If a pricing or listing error affects your order, we will contact you before proceeding. We will not charge an additional amount without your agreement.

Delivery & Collection

Available delivery and collection options, charges and estimated timings are provided at checkout or agreed with you separately.

Please ensure the recipient’s details are correct and someone is available to receive the order. If delivery cannot be completed because of incorrect details or recipient unavailability, we will contact you to arrange the next steps. Any additional delivery charge will be explained and agreed beforehand.

If a delay occurs, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible and discuss the available options. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Order Changes & Cancellations

For changes or cancellation requests, contact hanflowersmall@gmail.com promptly with your order number.

Whether a request can be accommodated depends on the order’s preparation and dispatch status. Customised orders may have restrictions, which will be explained before purchase. Any agreed cancellation charge will be disclosed before you confirm the order.

This does not limit your rights concerning defective, incorrect or misdescribed goods.

Returns & Refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy, available on this website.

Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide instructions.

Product Care

Follow the care instructions supplied with your product. Preserved flowers should generally be kept away from water, excessive humidity, heat and direct sunlight.

Damage caused by misuse or improper care is not a manufacturing defect. This does not affect claims relating to defects present at delivery.

Website Use & Intellectual Property

You must not use this website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes, interfere with its operation or attempt unauthorised access.

Website content owned by HAN FLOWERS, including original text, photographs and designs, may not be reproduced commercially without permission. Third-party intellectual property remains the property of its respective owners.

Consumer Rights & Governing Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
