Delivery availability and charges are shown at checkout based on your delivery address and selected option. Please review these details before completing your purchase.

Order Preparation & Delivery

Preparation time depends on product availability and whether your order requires customisation. Any additional preparation time will be communicated to you.

Delivery dates and timeframes are estimates unless expressly confirmed by us. For birthdays, anniversaries or other time-sensitive occasions, please contact us before ordering to confirm availability.

Same-Day Delivery

Where offered, same-day delivery requires orders to be placed by 4:00 PM Singapore time and is subject to stock, preparation requirements, delivery location and available slots.

Please contact us before ordering to confirm same-day availability. Orders placed after the cut-off may require a later delivery date.

Delivery Details & Unsuccessful Delivery

Please provide the recipient’s full name, correct address, unit number, postal code and a working contact number.

Ensure someone is available to receive the order. If delivery cannot be completed because of incorrect details or recipient unavailability, we will contact you to arrange the next steps. Any additional delivery charge will be explained and agreed beforehand.

Requests to leave items unattended are subject to suitability and your authorisation.

Store Collection

If collection is available for your order, the collection location and instructions will be provided in your confirmation.

Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before visiting, and bring your order confirmation when collecting.

Delays & Delivery Issues

If an unexpected delay occurs, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible and discuss the available options.

For items that arrive damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us promptly, ideally within 24 hours, with your order number and photos where available. This timeframe does not limit your statutory rights.
